Hello all, I’m back for the last time. I am super motivated and will succeed. I am a gastric sleeve patient from Xmas of 10. Got hurt this past year and have put on #50. YIKES. Doing great on Keto. Down 7 lbs since Monday. Just finished my first cup of bulletproof coffee. OMG. what a treat
