calorie king daily calories different to fitness pal

HI guys i was thinking of trying out my fitness pal, ive been using calorie king and my daily consumption is 1280 and when i did the test on here the daily allowance is 1400! Could anyone tell me why im allowed so much more on my fitness pal?

    It's probably because MFP gave you calories to burn that come from daily activity and then subtracted the amount of calories that would help you to lose the weight you want per week.

    Check your settings and goals. Look at the calorie breakdown. That may help. :smile:

    I actually joined calorie king the other day, but i find it a little confusing atm....The calories they gave me are only about 50 more each day. I must say though, the one thing they have on there that i widh they had here was, a menu plan.....I like being able to have a menu suggestion to choose from. :bigsmile:

    I just checked out calorie king, they charge money.... I like free :)

    Yep, i have to agree!, lol....i use it for free.....i'm not the kind to pay for online help, lol :-)
