Need a buddie bad .

I really don't know what is wrong with me . I just cant get in the routine of logging my meals . I have gain back weigh . I need to some how get back on this . I have no one to help me keep on track . It would just really help if I had someone close that wants to lose as well . I just cant find that person. I need that social , brain , bouncing ideals off each other thing .. If anyone can help or know someone that needs someone daily to help keep in line please have them add me .. I will do the same for them .thanks

    It's very important to success to log food honestly and daily. You really can do this but you need to see what you are actually consuming and see what you can cut down on. Good luck
