    I have been vegan for over 20 years.
    It is a lifestyle for me vs a “diet”. I love vegan food and it is right for my body.
    I have never had a serious health issue and I maintain a slim healthy weight w/ no effort. I eat whatever vegan food I want, often 4 mid size meals per day.
    I did not become vegan for any reason other than I disliked the taste of consuming animal products. Now my veganism extends to compassion for animals.

    Always happy to hear that more and more people are becoming vegan ☺️ I was vegetarian for 10 years, and now vegan for 2.5.
