They're okay(taste and calories), but some of them are high in sodium as opposed to natural snacks that are 100 calories or less, like cheese sticks, fruit, etc.0

I was wondering about this too a few weeks back. I'm finding that they're okay maybe once a day tops. At first, I liked them so much I found that I was filling up my calories with them which isn't good. Everything in moderation!
But yeah, they're delicious.0 -
If you are having a craving for something then they are great! But remember, they have little nutritional value. It is better to eat something that is good for your body.0

I keep em stashed around....
I use them when I am having a yen for sandwiches and chips (then I know how many I am eating).
When I go to Subway I have my own chips...
I LOVE the little chocolate covered pretzels.....yummmm.
They are an emergency food for me.
I mean....if you are gonna eat the whole box in one sitting....maybe not the best to keep around.
:laugh:0 -
MMMMMM.........the chocolate animal crackers are the best!

Like some of the others have said, I keep a supply of them around for times when I'm really craving something...today I bought some 100 calorie packs of baked Cheetos because I love them and haven't had them in forever...so now I have them in convenient packs that I can grab and go...I also bought some Milano cookies (they have them in the 100 calorie packs now), but I found it was cheaper to buy the actual cookies and portion them out myself (as will be the case for most items you can find in 100 calorie packs)...these snacks really don't offer any nutritional value and I'd rather fill my body with more nutritious options like yogurt, fresh vegetables, fruit, etc, but in a pinch, or to satisfy a craving, they are great!0
