    Hi,
    Add me if you like.I've been on here since February and had some really good results but I've hit a bit of a plateau lately. Just changed my goals and slightly changed my workouts (I had been training for an endurance event but that's done now) so I'm getting in to a new routine.
    Could do with some support and very happy to support you, too.
