Help!
I am meeting family tomorrow for breakfast at Cafe Rouge. I have taken a look on their menu online to make my breakfast choice now so I dont get swayed with a worse choice tomorrow but I can find any nutritional information.
I am thinking of having the sourdough bread with avocado and a poached egg. Do you think this would be my best choice and how would you many calories would you allocate for this? Or should I go with something else?
Thanks

Have you tried checking the database here on MFP by just entering in the words "Cafe Rouge"? You may find what you're looking for in regards to calorie content.

Either that or just enter in the items separately.

Thanks, I think I will just add them separately like you said.

I’d get Rouge vegetarian minus toast

That looks fine if those are foods that you like. Just be aware of how many calories are in the entire thing.

    I'd guess

    1 egg- 80 calories
    avocado- 200 calories
    bread- 120 calories/ slice
butter- 50 calories / slice of bread

Thanks went for the sourdough bread with avocado and poached egg, no butter. Have allocated 500 calories for this so I hope that’s enough. Soooo good!! Felt great that I knew what I was having beforehand especially as I’m sat around everyone having a big fry up!
    Thanks for your input guys!
