Foods you would never eliminate.

My 2 favorite foods that now matter my health goals that I would never get rid of are Ice cream and ribs. If it was possible to stay healthy on those 2 items alone I would. Best foods ever.

Never say never. I always said I would never cut beef or chocolate. Now can't eat chocolate at all. Have cut way back on beef. Darn gallbladder.2
