Hello, I’m Sarah and I’m 21. I’m from upstate New York and I’m 5’1” and I weigh 130 lbs currently. My goal weight is 110 before weight training. Any advice on how to stay motivated or how to strengthen my core, bottom half, and to tone up are greatly appreciated. I haven’t found many exersices that I can currently do because I have a herniated disc in my back that is causing sciatica in my right leg but I would like to get in shape, trying to keep it light, thanks!

I have the same back problem. Best suggestion for that I can give it to stretch, a lot. And if you're looking to get stronger I definitely recommend weight training, lighter is fine nobody ever has to lift heavy. Remember there is no such thing as "toning up" all the weight lifting in the world won't get you toned if you're not losing weight. Personally for motivation I like to use myself, I look at old pictures from my prime days. But everybody is different you have to find what motivates you. In the very beginning of my journey my motivation was the thought of not becoming out of breath just from tieing my shoes lol. Small victories mean a lot. Good luck and stay positive!1
