    It's all really simple, bordering boring: To lose weight, you have to eat less (fewer calories than you burn, for real, consistently, and for a long time). It doesn't matter for your weightloss how you eat, you just have to eat less. Keto is extremely low carb and high fat, which can make it easier, or harder, for you to eat less. To lose weight, you still have to eat less.
