trying again, new to mfp

Trying to lose about 20 - 25 pounds. Sick of yo yo dieting and not being able to maintain my weight. It's either all or nothing with me, I can't seem to find a balance. Will take any advice on keeping a healthy mindset and not constantly sabotaging my self!

    The method of myfitnesspal is to be gentle yet firm with yourself. Do firmly log your food accurately, and set your goals for weight loss gently. You'll succeed this time.
