1st week and really loving MFP!

Loving how easy this site make calorie counting. My doc put me on a 1200 cal diet and continuing my normal exercise routine. 6 months and no weight loss before the change in diet and MFP...now, eight days and 3lbs down!!!
Think I am on the right track.

    it does work. I have just hit over 155 days and I have lost over 50lbs. This site was exactly what I needed and the support from everyone on her is amazing!

    Congrats on ur 3lbs! U will be at your goal in no time!

  • I agree! I never liked counting calories, but this site makes it so easy! It has so many foods already stored in its database! I love it!
