Hi, has anyone tried the apple cider vinegar and grapefruit water for weight loss? Did it help?

    101lbs lost eating healthy-ish. There's plenty of fruits and veggies in my diet, but there's room for shortbread cookies, potato kugel, and ice cream sandwiches, too. I eat sustainably healthy, I guess. Within a deficit.

    In the past I have found eating a fresh grapefruit every day before breakfast gave my losses a boost. That is probably more down to the increase in fibre intake than it being a grapefruit specific thing.

    My mother used to drink di-methyl sulfoxide for some reason. She's dead so I can't ask her why she did. Best I recall, someone she respected told her to.

    How much do you respect whomever told you about drinking acid and sugar water?
