Time to cut calories?

I've been plugging away at diet and exercise for about 10 weeks now and have lost 20lbs - with a goal for at lease 20+ more.
Question, I have not adjusted my daily calorie intake on MFP, but was recommended I should. Should I, and if so, how much (%)?
Thanks in advance.

Go to goals and re-run your stats. MFP will give you the new goal. You should also be aiming for no more than a pound a week with how much you want to lose.3

It is not an adjustment so much but a recalibration that reflects your new weight and possibly new activity level. It just dials it in a bit.1
