Rebounder jogging

Options
Hello
I have been advised not to do many of the typical rebounder exercises, due to joint instability. But my doctor said that a light jog should be ok. I have a rebounder and would like to use it, but can't find any information about simply jogging on it. It makes me nervous that maybe there is some reason not to.
Does anyone know:
If it is ok to use them like that?
If there are any instructions on how to do so properly?
How many calories are burned?

Tou will likely get some answers claiming an outlandish calorie burn. However, for simple jogging, the calorie burn is modest—similar to walking at a modest pace.

You will have to adapt to the movement, just like any other exercise. I would start slowly and focus on mobilization at first, rather than training. It’s an interesting choice but someone with joint instability, but, depending on the joint, mastering form and balance might have some benefit.

I use mine frequently for light jogging because of the lower impact on the joints. Try to stay in the center of the mat and don't jog on the springs close to the edge as it can wear them down.

You could look on YouTube - there are many rebounder jogging videos.
