Since it has a word "diet" in it, it's quite likely a fad or a scam Name is quite clickbaity too.7

Any product or diet that promises a "flat belly" is f.o.s., unless it deals with actual bloating by retention of water, gas or feces and you actually have that problem, but even then, the "flat belly" claim is an exaggeration.4

Just another scam brought to you by the diet industry. Because you can't fleece people out of billions of dollars a year by repeating "consume less calories than you expend" over and over.3
