A few years ago I weighed 400 lb lost down to 350 and stay there for a while and if her somehow I was able to lose down to 285 and I've been stuck at 285 for years but I started this program a week ago and I've lost 8.6 pounds so all include you.0

I am aiming for around 90lbs loss ultimately, about 40lbs down so far (temporarily around 35lbs loss due to a bit of a holiday gain).
I recently broke my remaining loss down into 15lb blocks, seems less overwhelming that way!0 -
