I hadn't gone over my calorie intake and from March 10th to now I went from 188 and trying to maintain it to 195 and it's unbelievably frustrating. What could this be? Fat? I can tell you that I exercise because I'm am applicant in the USMC and I lift a 25 pound weight a bit everyday and do push ups.

If it were fat, you would have eaten 24,500 calories over maintenance. So no, it's not fat. It's mostly, maybe completely, water weight.5

I can see how it is frustrating! Agree with above that water weight could be a big factor. Keep logging your meals. Maybe concentrate on improving the nutrition of what you're consuming. More plant foods, less salt etcetera.1

Sounds like bloat. Have you eaten foods high in sodium? That will make you maintain a lot of water.
Also, be sure you weigh only in the morning after going to the bathroom. It's the most consistent method to weighing.2
