Workout plan.

So Iv recently just got back into going to the gym regularly after a year on and off. I am looking to build muscle as I am quite tall and not at the body shape/size I would like to be.
Height: 6ft 2
Weight:12 st
Body fat: around 15% I can feel my abs are strong and there but can only really see the top 2/4.
I am in need of a workout plan. I play football at a club on a daily basis and have a match on a Wednesday. I was thinking about a LPP workout?? Any advice would be helpful

You're going to have a tough time trying to add muscle if you are playing football everyday.

The best you could do without literally running your energy into the ground in 2x a week lifting while you practice your sport. Even then it's just near impossible balancing act.

    1. You will have to be dedicated to eating much much more than if you were doing a standard bulk because of the calorie burn.

    2. If your looking to add muscle, you really shouldn't be looking to see more abs at the same time. Abs are revealed during cut phase.

You have a ton of room to add muscle at your height/weight, but the recovery you need to build muscle is nearly nonexistent while you play football as frequent as you do.
