super excited to see the difference! 3 kids 2 years apart with 3 csections. Clean eating and I am drinking 2.2 L of water everyday. I workout 3 times a week and loving life! :) still some work to do but super excited to finally see a difference.

    KiKi, that's awesome!! So clean eating? We are on the same track, not really following any diets, just making better choices. Can I ask, on the 3 days a week you work out, what is your routine? We just changed gyms and I have been going every morning before work for a week. 30 min's on threadmill then work on the machines 3 sets of 15 with everything I do.. I Feel SO much BETTER... Not really seeing any weight loss yet tho..

    @skibbles50 Thank you :) I have been working out with Fitnessblender. I am doing mostly weight trainning. I really like it. I am not a big cardio fan but I try to hit my steps everyday. My goal is 10000 a day. I also do 20 pushup everyday and Squats. I am not sure if it is good to do everyday but its working for me. I have lost another 4 lbs since my last post. I "cheated" over the weekend didnt eat very well didnt gain weight but went back on track on monday and lost 2 lbs. Probably water weight but still feel really good. :)
