Does anyone know why a 6 oz. sirloin would show 3 grams of carbs? Confused.

    They might be using some sort of rub or sauce when grilling that has sugar or a starchy non-clumping agent?

    I recently read that Inuit who got all their calories from the animals they hunted were able to get the carbs they needed from the blood in the tissue of the animals. Is the steak cooked rare?
