Hello,
I'm always quite a bit over on sugar each day, but always under my calorie goal. Does anyone know if excess sugar converts into calories?
Be grateful for some help with this. Thanks

excess sugar will make fat cells (it has to do with insulin secretion)

I don't know if it converts or not, but I'm always way over on mine also, even after cutting out all sugary drinks and junkfood snacks
Frustrating, isn't it?
