    Hi there! I’m just starting back after having a baby (and now she is 16 months old) and gaining 30lbs I haven’t been able to shake.

    I’ll be on here daily. I do cardio intervals on the tread mill and lift small weights at home right now. I also go to Zumba twice a week and yoga once a week. It’s going to be tough but I’m hoping to be losing about a pound to two pounds a week now that I’m tracking my progress.

    I would love to be your workout buddy!
