Goal Weight: 51 kg / 112.44 lbs (happy with 52.62 kg / 116 lbs though)

You are going to have to “shock” your body ( not as bad as it sounds!); maybe cut 100cals, or move a bit more - walking, running, yoga, cycling....whatever.., then you will start losing again. You’re body is an adaptable piece of engineering beauty, it gets used to things relatively quickly.2 -

Worked out why i'm not losing as much weight, its down to my new medication but its a TMI reason but i've just got to work out how to combat the side effects!1
