Is it bad for you to not eat all the calories that you are suppose to in a day. Im not eating all my calories compaired to my workout calories increased. What do i do?

You pretty much do whatever works for you. There are several threads arguing eating your workout cals or not eating them. Personally, my motivation to work out is so I can eat more. 1200 cal limit is too difficult to keep to. As long as you eat a minimum of 1000 cals, people will say you're ok, but that's an awful small amount to stick to.0

Thanks for the input. My cal count is 1600 a day. I try to stay with that number plus rideing a bike for no less than 1hr. I have been dieting for over one year now and have lost 65bs. A frient told me about this site and I thought I would give it a try. I didnt have any set plan when I started. Im just trying to drop another 10 to 12 lbs.0
