I started to day with a donut but i loged it and i have the rest of the day to be good0

I have a total of 170 pounds to lose and that is a daunting number but like everything it’s one day at a time and one pound at a time. I am finally at a place of accepting I have allowed my eating to be out of control and only I can change it and if nothing changes nothing changes. I am an emotional eater so I began journaling on the adventure something I have also wanted to do. I wake up each morning and pray for self control.3
