I want to eat back my exercise calories but...

Everything I eat sends my sugar limit higher than what is recommended. It's mainly fruit and yogurts and that's what I snack on. It's low/nonfat yogurts so I dunno if this will affect my weight loss by taking it in. What do you guys think?

I'm almost always over my sugar limits each day. It's really hard to be under, it seems so low! And I also eat my exercise calories back and I've lost at least 1 lb a week, each week. So, it hasn't affected me too much.

Its very hard to be under sugar when you are eating fruits a lot (which you should do!). I tend to think of is this "good" sugar or "bad" sugar? If its good sugar than I ignore going over on my sugar. More important things to worry about first, like calories, protein, sodium, carbs, fats, and potassium. Sugar ranks low on my worry list....especially knowing I am getting that sugar from all the fruit and yogurts that I consume.

Agreed! I never worry about fruit sugar because I consume so much of it. Its never the man made, artificial sweetener processed stuff.

When I snack, I try to eat things with protein and little sugar... like almonds! :)

Raw salt-free nuts are calorie dense little nutritional powerhouses, low to no sugar impact, and easy to toss in anytime of day to add calories... Unless you're allergic.
