Lost my mojo

Hello

So I’m trying out this app for the second time. It worked fairly well the first and I lost a tone of weight! It was great for keeping a track of what I was eating

However I’m finding it really difficult to get myself back into a healthy eating regime! All I want to do is eat sugary treats and then this leads to savory. I am literally never full! Any tips?

    I eat lots of small meals and snacks throughout the day but also include chocolate each day because if I try and cut it out I crave it then binge. The small meals help to keep me feeling full and stop me reaching for all the foods that helped me put the weight on in the first place.

    Perhaps you've set your weight loss goal too aggressively. Any reason why you couldn't slow down your rate of loss and eat more food?
