Pull up bar for 4ft 10?

Anyone short here use a pull up bar? I am needing one not to hang freely on but that i can kinda hang with my feet still touching the floor in front of me. I am thinking a gymnastics kip bar that goes up to 5ft is what i might need. anyone use a pull up bar?

    Have a tall plyo box (or just a short step ladder) available?

    My daughter is 4’9” and can do pull-ups on her kip bar at the highest setting.
