Does anyone have a low calorie pizza recipe? I want to make a pizza that’s low in calories for my dinner some day soon

    Thin crust.

    Cut the cheese by half.

Not a recipe, but Blaze Pizza has a pretty reasonable calorie count if you have one near you. It tastes good too.

The pizza I had for my dinner today was 417 calories. It's entirely doable.

That was going to be my answer too. Most of the calories in pizza come from the cheese and crust. Have less of both (thinner crust, less cheese) and you should slash down the calories per slice by a lot. For comparison, here is regular vs thin crust (generic pizza, no change in cheese, with less cheese the calories can be even lower):

No need for concoctions trying to be pizza but are not.

Use a mini-naan for the base, top with your faves. (I love white pizza with grilled or roasted veggies, and sometimes I add bacon bits). Pair with a big field greens, cucumber, and red onion salad with light dressing and you can have a super yummy meal for under 400-500 cals (or even less.)

cauliflower crust, or a thin wrap. And it's the cheese actually that adds on the calories, use a "light mozzarella" and go easy on that. My vegan son doesn't add cheese of course, his "pizzas" are very light on calories.

    PS:
Hang on, wait ... this is what everyone said already! sorry.

I use the Ole Xtreme Wellness Low-Carb High Fiber Tortilla as a crust. It's just 50 cals.
Cover in tomato sauce spiced. Add 2 oz of cheese and onions and banana peppers. Sometimes a little ham or pepperoni. It's 243cal for the whole thing without a meat topping. About 50-60 cals more with the meat. Toast the wrap first, then put it back in on broil once the toppings are on. NOM!

Makes me want to do that for lunch today, but I have a head of romaine needing devoured. So it will be a Big *kitten* Salad instead.

My aunt uses the flat out wraps as well. spreas sauce on top, light cheese & whatever toppings. She will do a low carb chicken alfredo it is so good.

FYI - that cauliflower crust may not be the calorie saver you think it is...most recipes have just as many calories as the real thing (due to the use of egg and cheese as binders).

Also, in many pizzerias the cheese isn't too bad calorie-wise because a little goes a long way. The surprising calorie culprit is the tomato sauce - plenty of olive oil and (sometimes) sugar.

I like making 'bar pies' on thin flour tortillas in a cast iron skillet. They taste great, are super easy to prepare, and calories are easy to keep under control because they don't need a ton of toppings. Serious Eats has a great write up on how to do it.

I'm a bit lazy with pizza. I found the Dr. Oetker thin crust pizza's are ~800 cals for the whole thing. That and a little bit of veggies works for me.

Like this one the best. http://www.oetker.ca/ca-en/our-products/ristorante-ultra-thin-crust/capicollo/capicollo.html and it's 680 cals for the whole thing, 170 for a 1/4.
