There are a couple of ways to work around eating when away but will depend on what your calorie goal is, how long you're away and what you're doing for meals.
- pop to a local supermarket and pick up some foods that don't need refrigerating (fruit, snack bars, etc)
- if you're less hungry in the mornings or at lunchtime consider switching up meal frequency to give you more calories i.e. Have Breakfast & Dinner/Lunch & Dinner/ Breakfast & Lunch
- If you're only away for a short time, perhaps some ready made meal replacement shakes along with a snack will do

If you can get to a supermarket with a restaurant/cafe they often have calories listed online. I know Sainsbury's do (assuming you're in the UK that is)0

I travel a bit for work. I usually will bring a few of the healthy choice steamer bowls with me and some popcorn, bananas, protein bars, etc. For breakfast I will eat the hotel buffet, usually oatmeal or eggs and turkey sausage. If this isn't an option bring some oatmeal packs. For exercise I use the fitness center or do fitness blender videos on YouTube.0

If it's a regular thing then you could buy a cheap microwave (or mini oven or slow cooker) to broaden your choices massively.0
