I have been using the Food and Exercise trackers for awhile but just started noticing the the great message boards and all the great people willing to give support on those days that we all go through.     Thanks makeithappenant. Looking forward to it. Was also wondering if anyone is doing the couch to 5k program. I am on w6d3 and i am amazed at how well this program works. On day one i could barely get through 30 seconds of running and now i am running for 8 to 10 min and loving it. I signed up for my 1st 5k on Sept 3rd and can't believe how much i am looking forward to it.
