    I find it super uncomfortable to go commando in any kinda workout gear so noooooope.
    I also refuse to wear a thong to workout. Why would I incur such torture?
    My ample behind is gonna get stared at regardless, and I couldn't give a rats patootie about VPLs.

    I've yet to hear, "OMG what a fantastic butt, but ewwww panty lines."

    Never go commando. Sometimes leggings get holes in the seam at the crotch and during certain exercises one can end up on display and those across from them are traumatized for life

    It's only embarrassing if you know about it. Kind of like walking around with your zipper down for hours at the office..

    I didn't say it's embarrassing it's traumatizing for bystanders. The poor innocent bystanders who years later remember getting a poke from a friend while on the mats and throwing up a little in my mouth
