2 weeks postpartum. Wanna shed 30 pounds

Hello everyone. Am a 24 year old mom with a 2 weeks old baby. Am looking to shed 30 pounds and I started working on it already by hitting the gym and cycling too.
but I am struggling with my eating habit a lot.
Pls feel free to add me so we can encourage, support and motivate each other. I need some friends for accountability purposes.

    Congratulations! Be kind to yourself as your body heals. It took 9 months to grow that little baby, it can take just as long to get back to where you were pre-pregnancy.

    Congrats Youre 2 weeks postpartum i would focus on the baby at this time getting breastfeeding on track (if you are that is) and it helps with weightloss and focus on eating healthy drinking water and taking walks with your newborn in the stroller or sling depending on the birth you had you should be taking it easy for 6 around weeks as your uterus is still shrinking like marilyn said it took 9months to grow the baby take it easy
