....watch out for it in the recipe builder. The verified entry (default MFP match when it’s doing the recipe builder) is 1,324 cals/tsp

I wondered why my ground turkey had 71 g carbs.

    oh dear that would be most of my calorie allowance gone in 1 tsp!!! :o:)B):s

    My garlic powder jar (5o g) tells me there is 331 calories per 100g (since all items in Australia have to be shown in per 100g or 100ml amounts) - which would make 1324 calories equal over 8 jars :*:*

    Well I don’t know about you but I need 4 jars to even taste it :lol:

    Also you Australians being all sensible and standardizing your measurements to some reasonable weight. I suppose you get all the excitement and danger in your life from those terrifying spiders...
