I just signed up for My Fitness Pal. I've been on Weight Watchers since July and have pretty much been doing my own thing. I can't eat all the food they allow, so I've been doing my own healthy diet. I'm losing weight very slowly (around 40 lbs since July). I realized today that even though my WW points seem okay, I'm having too many calories. So I'm going to try this instead. I have lost a total of 73lbs since last year and have more to go, but feeling much better. I'm 54, it's never too late to start!

    Welcome! I’ve been here one week now. I’m also just coming off WW. I have lost 32 lbs so far. I wanted to try this now!this week I lost 1.2 lbs.
