Listen to the above, I promise you they speak the truth. Besides, I'm going to entirely 100% disagree. Ask any of the regulars here on the forums, you won't find one that doesn't think you're one of the cool kids.
Plus I just popped back like 2 days ago if you leave again now I'm driving down island to find you! Also, you might be surprised at how many middle age men use fitness as a way to help manage mental health among other things.

Totally agree!! & there's many many times I get on these forums & feel out of place or out of the loop!! Ya just gotta keep it moving until you find some awesome ppl you get along w1 -
