    Joined a 24 hour gym today and am in day 2 within 1200 calories. Thanks to everyone keeping me accountable!

    For the first time in three months I actually saw the scale go down. 4 pounds less than the start of month. Not as much as I wanted but I'm just glad to finally see a change down!

    Anyone up for a repeat of this discussion for next month?
