About to drop 10lbs of winter sloth, LET'S GET IT!

When I go I go all in. Last August I lost 15lbs for my birthday as a gift to myself and I enjoyed the process, this winter I gained it back because winter's demotivate me so I kept eating just stopped moving. But this spring I'm not only going to lose 10lbs but I'm gonna challenge myself to build back abs and tone my arms. All is mind/mental(kybalion) so discipline will be the driving force. Any people serious about getting fit no BS no excuses let's get it!!!

Do you have a gym membership? That can help motivate you in the winter months. Join spin classes, yoga, Zumba etc. Mix it up and you will stay motivated0
