Just wondering why I have an allowance for saturated fats (19), but mono and polyunsaturated fats are set at 0. They are supposed to be better for you than saturated fats.

The limits on those should read n/a or not applicable because there is no upper limit for unsaturated fats. Some time ago they switched it to zero and have never changed it back. Just ignore it.

It depends on the polyunsaturated fats, IMO. Omega 3, and smaller amounts of omega 6s, are healthy polyunsaturated fats. I try to avoid most other vegetable oils like soy, and corn. Those go rancid quickly and are too high in omega 6.

I'm glad someone else asked this question! I just noticed it and was wondering the same thing.
