Hello all!
I used to do WW but got married and moved to a place where it is not available... and... I can not afford it so I am trying this. I have been on and off again but know that I really need the support to keep tracking. My husband is supportive of walking and exersize but not tracking. We eat anything we want and I know my problem is portion control!!! I hope this sends and I know how to check back on it... I’m not good at this tech stuff. Lol

Welcome! I've done WW in the past and lost 50 lbs. Then over 10 yrs put it back on plus more. I have lost 30lbs using MFP. I think they are very similar in that it's making yourself aware of what and how much you eat. And just like they teach us on WW, write it down! It really makes a difference. Now obviously I'm not an expert because after losing the last 30 lbs I just stopped. I haven't gained it back but still have about 40 more to lose. So I'm back at it again tracking all my food and exercising 3-4 times a week at the gym. This really dows work especially with the support of everybody here. I'll send you a friend request.
