ANYONE HAVE OSGOOD SLATER KNEE??

I have it on my right knee. Hasn't bothered me sine I was a teen but has flared up the last few months. I wear a knee strap when exercising but still pain. Like it's gonna split. Anything else that will help?

are you still a teenager? It usually resolves itself and is related solely to growth during puberty. In other words, are you sure you don't have some other knee issue?

No I'm 37. It's definitely the pain from the disease. I have no other knee problems. I might call my physical therapist for an opinion.

I do and funny enough, I was never an athletic kid! It only hurts/bothers me when I kneel )which I avoid as much as possible) or smash it into something.
