Hello everyone!
I created a discussion thread a few years ago for people to add new supportive and motivational friends. Since several of the accounts on there have since become inactive (including my original @ zachduden account) I wanted to create an updated thread for people to add new MFP friends!
Feel free to comment below and introduce yourself so that others may add you!
I’m constantly adding people to my friends list to support and cheer-on throughout their weight loss journey, so feel free to add me as well!

Hi Zach, I'm Mary. I've been on this app for a couple of weeks and just now joining the community. My son encouraged me to use MFP to track my macros so here I am. So far I've lost 10.2 pounds and I'm feeling better already. Thanks for restarting this thread!2

Hey I'm Melissa, once again I'm trying to lose weight. My name is John. I'm 20-25 pounds lighter than I was in college, but currently 10 pounds heavier than I was last summer. Right now, I'm focusing on training for a 10K I'm running in Norway in June, but at the same time, I need all the support I can get to stop snacking when the afternoon starts to drag at work.

Hi! I’m Erin and have been a MyFitnessPal user off and on since 2011! I have an autoimmune illness called Hashimotos and Graves Disease! Fun times, not! One thing is clear, I have a hard time loosing weight. I recently became dairy and gluten free because I found out I am allergic. I started my weight loss journey 3/14/18 after being fed up! Hi! I'm Daydre pronounced Day-drEE. I am a SAHM to 3 girls and coach's wife. I managed to drop 60ish lbs on weight watchers before they switched the plan and the new one wasn't for me so here I am. I tried MFP years ago and I wasn't dedicated like I am now. I'm always up for new friends to encourage and so that I can stay motivated on an off day.0
