Anyone is welcome to add me. I would really like to have people to talk to about ideas or whatever to keep me motivated. I'm new to this whole working out and dieting thing so I could always use some good advice. I'm extremely overweight and I'm tired if being unhealthy so I'm really working on trying to change my lifestyle and would love to have other people to talk to for ideas and support!1
