I'm aware this shows no skin and isn't particularly MILF-y, but it's my bod. And it shows me with my Rottens. Girl squad!
 Great pic!2

Let's see if this works. I don't have a more recent photo than this yet. This was January though, so not that much has changed. I was at my parkrun

You look great! You should get one in your karate outfit Thanks! I am planning an Easter progress pic. That is a huge difference (~20 kg). I don't really have any good ones in my karate gi though. No, funnily enough I don't like to actually fight. I will avoid fights at all costs. Which is weird, I know. I do this more for fun and for self-defense and confidence

Not weird at all. Lots of people do martial arts for the benefits it brings rather than the whappow! Cardio, flexibility, strength, confidence, etc. There's tons of great benefits.
I actually hate fighting and conflict also! I've reached middle age and never been in an actual fist fight. Had some silly pushing matches as a kid in high school but I've yet to ever need to punch someone in the face or something. I'm a lover not a fighter!
 Looking good Vers.3

That's the way to be, man. Pacifism ftw. Seriously. Love not war. Love wins. Far more powerful than anger. 3 3
