Acid reflux at the beginning of my diet

Hey guys I just started my diet a week ago. I sense then been suffering from what I think is bad acid reflux. It occasionally causes me to throw up. I have stayed away from fruit and anything that would cause it to worsen. I would like to know if anyone else as experienced this. And does it go away once my body adjusts to my new diet?

    What has changed?

I did trouble shooting on my own acid reflux and found if I skipped nighttime eating I had no problem.

But it could be something different for you.

Maybe, get some meds from doctor if real bad. I found using vinegar makes it worse.

Cutting carbs is what helps me the most.

Did you start eating anything new when you started your diet? Do you have a nervous stomach that could be reacting to the changes?

If it persists, you need to see a doctor. Vomitting is not good.

The only thing that has changed is how much I eat I cut down by over half. I read that guava fruit helps with stomach acid and I tried it and it seems to be working great. Thank you guys for your help
