Hello I'm new

Hello! I'm new to My Fitness Pal. I love what I've seen so far and what I've been able to do on here. I'm a diabetic so its great to be able to log everything that I eat, and know what carbs are in the food. I'm also interested in losing about 5-10 pounds. This site is a great tool. I'm also able to add notes about my blood sugars and print it all out for my doctor to see. Anyway, just wanted to say Hi,.... Hope everyone has a great day! Pam :tongue:
