Hi I’m new :) holiday in 10 weeks... any tips please?

Hi I’m new :) have a lot of weight to lose 6 stone to reach goal, but I have a holiday coming up in 10 weeks just hoping to lose as much as possible by then. Any tips or advise would be great ... thanks

    log everything you eat and drink (exact amounts). if you stick to calories you are given by app the weight will come off. plan off diet days in advance and log even when you have bad foods. drink just water and caffeine. try and add exercise into it to. this has worked for me as i have been really strict on myself. dont put in you want to lose 4lbs a week as you wont get many calories to play with. stick to 1-2lbs a week that is still 20lbs in 10 weeks time, you try anymore and you will fail and give up.

    Such great advise. I’ve started walking 5 miles a day 5 days a week. Just want to lose as much as I can for my holiday and carry on to teach my goal when I’m home. I’ve Been fairly strict since I started 3 weeks ago too hoping it pays off
