Hi there, I have a problem with binge eating, mostly at around 10pm-3am. But I'm trying to break the cycle as I have been gaining and gaining. But I get so hungry! It's probably because my stomach has stretched at this point, but do you guys have any tips to feel full at night so not biinge? Thanks so much in advance!!

Getting a good nights sleep is very healthy for weight loss, in that it at least cuts down the time you are awake to be eating. Do you NEED to be awake during those hours? Try going to bed earlier if that is an option. As far as being hungry, check you calorie intake setting and make sure they are appropriate. Did you pick to loose 1 or 2 pounds a week, and did you put lightly active? But it's pretty normal to be a little hungry during a diet. That's why diets are hard because you have to learn to resist that back of your mind hunger.
Stomachs stretching and shrinking with diets and such isn't really a thing though, you just are accustomed to eating more and so is your body. When you get used to eating less, it will be easier. Try eating your dinner around 8 or so and then going to bed within the next three hours so you will be asleep before your body feels hungry again. Maybe try and eat small low cal snacks throughout the day to keep the hunger more in check so you don't go over board at the end of the day. And if the snacks and binge food that you have in the house is that tempting, and low nutritional value, just get rid of it so you CANT eat it.
As for snacks, I love peanut butter and a big ol spoonful isn't too much calories and it's got some healthy fats in it to satisfy hunger fast. Baby carrots are a good snack cause you can have like 50 of them and barely hit 100 calories, try with hummus too! Nuts are good, almonds are my favorite. Or even peanut butter on whole wheat toast! Anything peanut butter basically...haha

Binge foods for me are, grapes, cottage cheese, apple slices and peanut butter, plain yogurt or cheese cubes5

Air popped popcorn...you can eat a lot of it with few calories! Or plain fruit12

Love a Snack a Jack - 51 cal1

Tangerines, bananas, berries all filling -won’t keep you full for 5 hours- but if you stagger your eating it’ll work1

Cottage Cheese late at night for me. Hard Boiled eggs I always have a carton on the go. If I had a magic genie who could whip up snacks at will, I love a veggie party tray with hummus dip.3

I keep my food environment pretty sparse. There aren't really highly palatable foods in my cupboards. I plan a large/high volume low calorie dinner and always plan another high volume dessert. I eat them spaced out. Between the food environment, the high volume meals, and the time...I'm binge free.
Ideally, we should get to the root of the problem. But for now, this works for me.3 -

I *LOVE* cashews but limit myself to a small handful because they're pretty high in calories. I also love good quality cheese, but try to limit that for the same reason. When I want to "binge snack" I chop cherry tomatoes in half, and mix them with some Trader Joe's sweet and hot jalapeño peppers.2

Plain rice cakes with hummus or rehydrated powdered peanut butter
Celery/carrots with hummus
Crackers
You'll do yourself a favor if you can figure out why your binge eating during that time. Sometimes knowing why helps get it under control.1 -
A large honey crisp apple with a 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese mixed with splenda. It’s incredibly satisfying, because the apple takes awhile to eat and the fat and protein from the cottage cheese is satiating.3

You should not eat after 7 PM period. Your probably not hungry, you're bored, drink some water.27
