Hey there!
My name is Merissa and I am 24 years old. I am a Colorado native with a passion for the great outdoors as this is my gym. Recently I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and am now making a huge lifestyle change. Looking for new friends, support and fun on this journey of losing 30 lbs. And keeping an A1C score of 5.5 or below :) feel free to add and chat!

    My 8 year old was diagnosed T1D about 15 months ago. I know it's different for adults who are diagnosed, but I do understood all involved. Feel free to add if you like.

    Hey there @ColinIsTheName , I'm excited to be back at my fitness journey today. I tried adding you but it was not allowing me to...T1d as an adult is difficult and different than children but it's all the same disease. :) all advice is good advice
